Nobody reads a review
while writing one.

Only a cosplayer who actually booked this photographer can review them. You can't read anyone's until you've written yours. Nobody reads yours until they've written theirs. Or 14 days pass. No anchoring, no hostage five stars.

What I'm guessing

This is the first real slice. Green means "close", red means "wrong".
NUMBER ONE

Browse-first? I assume cosplayers open this looking for a photographer. If they actually pick one on Instagram and this app only handles money and dates, the whole first screen is wrong.

NUMBER TWO

Deposit before accept. I hold 30% until the photographer says yes. You said money moves after the shoot. So: authorize on booking, charge on the day?

ANSWERED

Who counts as both sides? Settled: cosplayers review photographers, one direction. Photographers don't book each other. Collabs are a separate surface with no stars attached.

NUMBER THREE

One city or anywhere? Right now the calendar pretends everyone is in the same place.

NUMBER FOUR

The name. Focal. Settled 30 Oct.

NUMBER FIVE

Which side is first? I built the cosplayer side because that's my guess. If getting photographers to sign up is the real problem, this is the wrong door.
